Then we went in to train, we train for ard 3hrs. We do all the course at least 20 times, and i realli went over my limit. But my running, still got abit problems... haix... no stamina le ar... Jia lat sia...
Ard 5pm we left the place, then we both so tired, lile going to sleep anytime plus realli realli damn hungry...

Finally clean ourself up and ready to get out of this place and go eat le wor...

After eating dinner, then i have to go book ticket for 881 and watched le... Damn good..
