♥ Love today Love tomorrow


Juz Changed the blogskin again... Hmmm... The last blogskin too sian le, so decided to change a new wan... Hmmmm...


Redo the medication and the Nursing Care plan, i have redo 3 times le... Haix... She told mi this yest then the next day tell mi another thing... Sian... I do till i also blur liao, haix... Sian diao...


So tired the morning, sleep only 3 hrs... Busy doing the nursing care plan, and need to do again... Hmmmm... Took the train like going to faint sia...


Diana presenting her case, and we are listening to her... So tired sitting there, then we all left. Went to salon and again it RAIN... SO sian... Then went home still rained... But reached, do something then sleep le... So good to be sleeping... hehehe...


Today is afternoon shift, finally can sleep more... Arrr... Time to go off... Cya...
